Would you like to play in a league at Hawk Valley?
Well we would… Brad Kreider & Tom Bracelin are inviting you to join us for a 2-man team golf league on Mondays nights at Hawk Valley.
The League:
“Back at Hawk” will run from Monday April 17 thru August 28 – 18 weeks. (No play Monday July 3rd or Monday May 29th) Normal Weekly – Shot gun starting time will be 5:30 pm and 5:15 pm for April and the last night Aug 28th.
League Entry Fee:
$50 per person, $100 per team – All league fees will go to weekly prizes and first & second half – top teams.
Weekly Green Fees:
$16, includes cart, paid to the Hawk Valley Golf Club
The Number of Teams will be limited to ensure pace of play!
Our desire is to keep this simple, enjoyable and most of all continue to play the “back at hawk” as long as we can…

Thursday Morning Senior Golf League
“Senior Men“ GREAT GOLF EXPERIENCE
We have organized a Thursday Morning FUN Golf Outing for Senior Golfers of all skill levels. It is based upon a beginning Self Stated Handicap and will be a point driven scoring system. There will be Prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place and “Closest-to-pin” on all par 3’s.
- There is a one-time $5.00 League entry fee to cover hole in one prizes.
- You pay $6.00 each league round for daily PRIZES (no charge for weeks missed)
- The Format will be teams. Teams are arranged by Card draw.
- The point system will be 1 point for BOGEY, 2 points for Par, 4 points for BIRDIE, 8 points for EAGLE and 10 points for HOLE-IN-ONE OR DOUBLE EAGLE.
- A “SANDY” FOR A PAR OR BIRDIE FROM any TRAP, AWARD ONE ADDITIONAL POINT
- Individual Scoring Example: A Stated Handicap of 14 would result in a target score of 22. A Par on every hole is worth 2 points = 36 points. 36 minus a Stated Handicap of 14 results in a target score of 22 points. Highest point value OVER TARGET scored for the day wins.
- After the round is complete, the next weeks target score is adjusted up or down, based on your “ACTUAL POINTS SCORE FOR THE ROUND JUST PLAYED”
- Records are kept to determine your new target score each week.
This will be great fun and competition for all.
